Spoofing or Phishing emails are used to fraudulently obtain personal identification and account information. They can also be used to lure the recipient into downloading malicious software. The message will often suggest there are issues with the recipient's account that requires immediate attention. A link will also be provided to a spoof website where the recipient will be asked to provide personal/account information or download malicious software. Even if you don't provide the data being requested, be sure not to click on the link provided in the email. By doing so, you may be susceptible to computer viruses and the installation of key logging programs. Key logging is another method used to obtain personal data by recording everything you type. Email spoofs, or phishing emails, are usually sent out to a general spam list. Even if the email appears to have originated from a “QMSrs” email address, or another known Internet address, you should be very cautious if the email is asking you for personal identification or account information. Please be aware that these emails DO NOT come from QMSrs. Disregard the email. QMSrs will never ask you to download software in order to access your account or use our services.
A CV View is added for each time a user views a CV or performs an Action on a CV outside of a Job Folder. Once a CV has been viewed a small 'Viewed' box will appear to show that this CV has been looked at. If a CV is copied to a folder the Views and Action performed on it no longer get added to the total number of CV Views. To minimize the amount of Views used, we recommend adding CVs to a Job Folder and performing Actions on them from within that Job Folder. You can view the number of CV Views by going to the 'Account' tab at the top of the screen and selecting the 'Reports' tab. • If a user opens a CV and views it, it counts as one CV View. • If a user opens a CV and adds it to a folder within QMSrs, it counts as one CV View. • If a user opens a CV and prints or forwards it to an email address, it counts as one CV View. • If a user opens a CV, looks at it, closes it, and then adds it to a folder within QMSrs, it counts as two CV Views. • If a user opens a CV, looks at it, closes it, and opens it again, it counts as two CV Views. • If a user selects and adds multiple CVs to a folder (without looking at them), each CV added counts as a CV View. • If a user opens a CV, looks at it and then blocks it, it counts as one CV View.

We highly recommend that you enter as specific information as possible about your job in order to ensure that you are effectively targeting job seekers and receiving the most qualified responses. When posting a job you have the option to enter the City/Town and Post Code. These are optional fields but the more information you provide candidates the more likely you are to get the most suitable applicants. Our research has shown that the majority of job seekers search for jobs using City or Post Code radius. It is recommended you enter the City/Town and Post Code in the relevant fields but leave the full address out of job postings to ensure applicants are streamlined and come through only one channel. Job Postings with a Post Code included also have the exact location of their job posting displayed on a map powered by Google. This function allows Seekers to see the exact location of your job on an interactive map. Post Code is an optional field and can be omitted if you do not want this function.
